La Riviera is a subtle blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier
La Riviera is aged 4 to 5 years on the lees and dosed with 6.4 grams of traditional liqueur in barrels. Cultivated with the HVE 3 certification (high environmental values) and classified as a Premier Cru on the Reims Mountain.
A gourmet champagne, yellow gold in colour, with a good length and aromas of brioche and apricot in the mouth. Very pleasant as an aperitif and on any occasion. Appreciated and easy to drink by everyone. It is greedy, unctuous, round and full-bodied.
40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot noir, 30% Meunier
Blended in 2013 and 2014. Bottled in March 2015. So 4 years on lees.
6.4 grams with a traditional liqueur.
Yellow gold, even straw
Yellow fruit, peach/ apricot syrup, cinnamon, dry brioche, hazelnut, toasted spice bread and light undergrowth.
